Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Almaro Weaves. If you are not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 15 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at infoalwe@almaroweaves.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

If you received a damaged or defective item, we will gladly exchange it. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.

Non-Returnable Items

Customised or personalised items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
